Frequently Asked Questions
What is GHK-Cu / copper peptide?
GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1) is a copper-bound peptide widely used in modern cosmetic skincare and scalp care. It's valued for supporting the appearance and condition of the skin and scalp. It's the hero ingredient across the Emvia range.
Why is the serum blue?
The blue tint is the natural colour of the copper peptide itself. Rather than hide it, we let it show — it's a visible sign that the active ingredient is genuinely in the bottle.
What does the serum do?
Emvia GHK-Cu Hair Serum is a leave-in scalp serum that supports a healthy-looking, balanced scalp and the appearance of thicker, fuller-looking hair. It's a cosmetic scalp-care product designed for daily use.
Will it regrow my hair or treat hair loss?
Emvia is a cosmetic range that supports the appearance and condition of your hair and scalp. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent hair loss or any other condition. If you're concerned about hair loss, we recommend speaking with your GP or a dermatologist.
How do I use the serum?
Part your hair and apply the serum directly to the scalp along the parting. Massage in gently with your fingertips and leave in — do not rinse. Use once daily, ideally on a clean, dry or towel-dried scalp. For best results, use consistently over 8–12 weeks.
How long until I see results?
Peptide scalp care works gradually. We recommend daily use for at least 8–12 weeks as part of a consistent routine.
Is it suitable for all hair types?
Yes — the range is formulated for all hair types, for both women and men.
Can I use the shampoo and conditioner without the serum?
Absolutely. The shampoo and conditioner are lovely on their own, but they're designed to work best as part of the complete routine alongside the hero serum.
What's the difference between the products and the bundles?
You can buy each product individually, or save with our sets: the Shampoo + Conditioner Duo (A$69) and the Complete Routine Bundle — serum, shampoo and conditioner together (A$125).
Do you offer a subscription?
Yes. Subscribe & Save gives you 15% off plus free shipping, delivered on your schedule so you never run out — and consistency is key with scalp care. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime.
Are Emvia products cruelty-free and made in Australia?
Emvia is proudly Australian-made. [Add cruelty-free / vegan status here once confirmed.]
What's in it? (Full ingredients)
We believe in transparency — the full ingredient list (INCI) and the disclosed GHK-Cu concentration are shown on each product page. [Confirm final INCI list before publishing.]
Is it safe? Any side effects?
Emvia products are formulated as cosmetics for topical use. As with any new product, we recommend a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a scalp condition, consult your healthcare professional before use.
